DIRTT Wall System

Background
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is seeking a contractor to provide a modular, demountable architectural wall system for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CMCVAMC) located in Philadelphia, PA. The goal of this contract is to furnish, deliver, and install a high-quality wall system that meets specific environmental stewardship standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following:
1. 1 DIRTT Solutions Demountable Wall System – Brand name
2. Item 1: DIRTT demountable full wall partition assembly layout per attached Design Basis.
3. Item 2: Comprehensive project management, delivery, freight, and installation.

Finishes include:
- Powdercoat – Color: TBD, Grade 3
- Acrylic: 1/2” Thick 3Form TBD 50% Frosted Fade Panels, exact locations TBD
- Plastic Laminate: Color: TBD Grade 2, exact locations TBD
- Interior Base Panels: Standard Scout DC15/DP15

Power & Data requirements include:
- 8 Data & 8 Duplex Electrical Outlets per Design Basis; One conduit line for Nema 6-50 26 amp line to be run by VA.

Height dimensions vary by location as detailed in the Design Basis drawings.

Period of Performance
The desired timeframe to begin installation is September 15, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a comprehensive technical package for any 'Or Equal' product bids including drawings and documentation supporting that the item meets or exceeds all required characteristics. Additionally, bidders should confirm compliance with non-manufacturer rules and provide information regarding their business size status (e.g., small business or large business) and whether the product is manufactured in the United States.
