Solicitation for Brand Name Direct TV services and equipment. J&A supporting brand name Direct TV services and equipment is attached. See soliciation and addenda for further details including submission and basis for award information. Any authorized reseller of Direct TV services and equipment is permitted to submit a quote.

This solicitation has been amended to include Att. 4 - Task Order One Pricing Sheet (Revised 17 JULY 2025) and completed Q&A document. Additional questions, sent to ava.s.groll.civ@socom.mil, must be received no later than 30 JULY 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern. Only written questions, citing solicitation H92240-25-Q-E029 in the subject, will receive a response. Questions received after the due date may not receive a response.

Background
The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) requires Direct TV satellite television services at various West Coast locations, including remote areas. This service is essential for maintaining situational awareness of local and international news, which is critical for their operational tempo. Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, materials, installation, and ongoing maintenance for monthly Direct TV services to the Naval Special Warfare and its subordinate commands. Specific requirements include:
- Providing a Direct TV package that meets channel requirements, including unique channels such as BBC America, Al Jazeera America, Weather Channel, and C-SPAN.
- Subscription services must be activated within ten business days after task order issuance.
- Required hardware includes receivers, dishes/antennas, and/or fiber signal digital converters. Equipment must be delivered and operational within ten business days post-contract award.
- If existing equipment needs replacement or upgrade, the contractor must include installation costs in their pricing.
- Maintenance services may be required throughout the contract duration and will be executed via individual task orders.
- Services must be provided in secure government spaces with adherence to applicable security guidelines. Monthly billing will occur based on executed task orders. In case of service interruptions, restoration must happen within three business days of notification; any interruption exceeding ten calendar days will lead to proration.

Services will be performed at various locations on the West Coast, including remote locations as specified by the Naval Special Warfare Command.
