This is a synopsis prepared in accordance with FAR 5.2

DLA Energy will soon accept offers for Direct Supply Natural Gas to various DoD and federal civilian installations throughout the US Central Region (including Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio) covering a 24-month delivery period, beginning October 1, 2023. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement would be 16,057,414 Dekatherms (Dths). Any resultants award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contracts(s).
