Description

DLA Energy issues solicitation SPE604-25-R-0402 for the Direct Supply Natural Gas to various DoD and federal civilian installations throughout the states of Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio covering a 24-month delivery period, beginning October 1, 2025. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement is 15,309,971 dekatherms (dths). Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract(s).

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is issuing solicitation SPE604-25-R-0402 for the Direct Supply of Natural Gas to various Department of Defense (DoD) and federal civilian installations across multiple states including Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, and Ohio.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of natural gas for these installations over a specified delivery period.

Work Details
The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement is 15,309,971 dekatherms (dths). The contractor will be responsible for supplying and delivering direct supply natural gas as defined in the Statement of Work. The contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract.
