As of 7/26/2024, the US Northeast Region Natural Gas SPE604-24-R-0402 solicitation is hereby updated to include an additional attachment entitled, "Att V Reps and Certs." This attachment contains the Representations and Certifications that accompany the RFP. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.

DLA Energy issues solicitation SPE604-24-R-0402 and will accept offers for Direct Supply Natural Gas to various DoD and federal civilian installations throughout the US Northeast Region (including Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia) covering a 24-month delivery period, beginning April 1, 2025. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement would be 43,767,190 Dekatherms (Dths). Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract(s).
