Direct SIP Trunking (IP Flex Ugrade)

Background
The 159th Fighter Wing, NAS JRB - New Orleans, Belle Chasse, LA is issuing this solicitation as a sole-source procurement to AT&T Mobility National Accounts LLC under the authority for the procurement of Direct SIP Trunking.

The goal of this contract is to enhance communication capabilities through the implementation of Direct SIP Trunking services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Direct SIP Trunking services which include:
- Installation and configuration of SIP trunking solutions to support voice over IP (VoIP) communications.
- Ensuring interoperability with existing telecommunication systems and infrastructure.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the SIP trunking services.
- Monitoring service performance and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.
- Addressing any technical issues that arise during the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified timeframe, commencing upon award and continuing until all tasks are completed as per the requirements outlined in the solicitation.

Bidder Requirements
