Background
The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) Marine Raider Training Center is located at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Within the MARSOC component, the MRTC is responsible for training and educating designated personnel in individual, basic, and advanced special operations to meet MARSOC’s requirement in providing capable personnel to conduct special operations. The MRTC instructs on a wide range of capabilities within the SOF sphere, and the specific scope of this requirement encompasses Advanced Direct Action skills.

Work Details
The overall objective of this requirement, and resulting contract, is to provide the MARSOC MRTC component with the necessary manpower augmentation to enable full time and episodic qualified instructors to support the training and sustainment of 1000 and 2000 level Direct Action and Combative standards. This support requires fully qualified instructors to assist MARSOC in executing various programs including Individual Training Course (ITC) Phase II, MARSOF Master Assaulters Course (MMAC), and MARSOC SOF Fundamentals Course.
