Description

Please see attached Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) for the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operation and Navigation (DRAGON); Interim Contractor Support (ICS)

Background
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is issuing this Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) to inform industry partners about the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operation and Navigation (DRAGON) program. The goal of this contract is to provide interim contractor support (ICS) for the modernization of the E-3 System AWACS, transitioning from analog to digital configurations. Collins Aerospace has been selected as the Flight Management System Suite developer for this initiative.

Work Details
The contractor, Rockwell Collins, Inc. (Collins Aerospace), will be responsible for providing warehousing support and repairs of repairable spares in support of the E-3 System AWACS DRAGON Program. Specific tasks include:

1. Repair of DRAGON Line Replaceable Units (LRUs).
2. Warehousing of DRAGON spares with staff support.
3. Packaging, shipping, and transportation of DRAGON spares as needed.

Place of Performance
Delivery will take place at Tinker AFB, OK or a local warehouse.
