Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles.

This contract aims to provide engineering and technical services for the design, development, fabrication, testing, repair, and fleet implementation of the Digital Video Surveillance System (DVSS), which is intended for monitoring remote or unmanned engineering spaces on DDG Modernization Backfit and SCN Ships.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide the following products under this contract:
- Qualification Test Set: 1 set
- Shipset: 8 sets
- Lab Set: 3 sets
- INCO I Kit: 4 kits
- INCO R Kit: 2 kits
- Software Refresh Kit: 10 kits
- Additional Shipsets and Lab Sets from 13 months after award through 60 months thereafter.
- First Article Testing (FAT) and Non-recurring Engineering.
- Storage and Maintenance services not to exceed $27,000.00 over a period of 72 months.
- Support Services not to exceed $1,500,000.00 over a period of 72 months.
The contractor must ensure that all items provided have DoD unique identification or a recognized equivalent.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of a 60-month ordering period with a total performance period of 72 months.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations as specified in the contract documents.
