Description

Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps Installations West Regional Contracting Office (MCIWEST RCO) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis on or about July 9, 2015 to the Digital Reciever Technology, INC. Per reference FAR 13.501(a)(1), the contracting officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available.

The prospective contractor shall provide service and repair of propritary DRT equipmenent.
At this time, Digital Reciever Technology Inc. is the only identified source that can provide this required software. This company does not have any listed authorized resellers or third party service technicians.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334220 with the size standard of 750. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit technical capabilities, which, if received within five calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by MCI-WEST RCO for future requirements as this is a reoccurring requirement. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below:
