Background
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) requires advanced imaging instrumentation to support high-resolution visualization, quantitative measurement, and analytical workflows for biomedical and materials research.

The NIH Intramural Research Program aims to enhance research capabilities through the acquisition of a digital microscope system that provides high-resolution imaging, automated measurement, and advanced analytical capabilities.

Work Details
The digital microscope system must meet or exceed the following specifications:
- 4K imaging capability
- Magnification range approximately 5x–6000x without manual lens changes
- Integrated stage camera and automated focusing
- Motorized XY stage (~300mm x 300mm)
- Multiple lighting modes
- Built-in 2D/3D measurement capability
- HDR imaging and real-time autofocus
- Automated workflow replication
- Compatibility with analytical tools
- ≥1TB storage
- Remote analysis capability
- Compatibility with existing laboratory optical components and accessories.

The contractor is responsible for delivering a complete system, installing and configuring equipment, providing calibration and validation, as well as training and support.

Period of Performance
Delivery within 60 days after award.
