Digital.gov Program Management Support

Digital.gov is a respected, trusted source for best practices on building federal websites and digital services. Digital.gov is more than a website; it is an ecosystem of communities, events, and content, which allows us to share essential how-to guidance with government employees and contractors. Digital.gov currently manages seven communities of practice with about 10,000 members, hosts over 100 events annually, and publishes new and updated content every day across five websites. Digital.gov also distributes information via multiple channels, including its social media, mailing lists, newsletters, and customer support platforms. Additionally, as mandated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Digital.gov is identified as the primary source of information delivery for timely and urgent guidance for federal agencies during emergencies. Digital.gov supports the Emergency Support Function 15 of the National Response Framework, where DHS has the authority to coordinate all government communications during incidents of national significance. Digital.gov has three primary workstreams community, content, and events. The scope of this acquisition includes all work to support Digital.gov's workstreams and overall program, product, and project management. This includes: -Community organization to empower members and leads and cultivate more vibrant and engaged communities. -Content strategy to publish guidance informed by user research and reach the government employees, government contractors, and other stakeholders who need Digital.gov the most. -Event management to convene communities and share guidance and other information and resources. -Product strategy to ensure Digital.gov achieves its strategic goals and day-to-day work effectively and efficiently.
