Amendment 1 of this solicitation is issued to answer questions and provide updates to the RFP.

The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Mission to the Philippines, Pacific Islands and Mongolia (USAID/Philippines), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services described in the attached solicitation.

The Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership (DCCP) Pacific activity seeks to advance an open, interoperable, reliable, and secure connectivity in the Pacific Island countries (PICs) by (1) improving broadband access; (2) strengthening digital policy and regulations; (3) advancing digital platforms and solutions for the delivery of public services; and (4) upgrading of digital skills and literacy.

Background
The United States Agency for International Development Mission to the Philippines, Pacific Islands and Mongolia (USAID/Philippines) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing services for the Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership (DCCP) Pacific activity. The goal of the DCCP Pacific activity is to advance open, interoperable, reliable, and secure connectivity in the Pacific Island countries by improving broadband access, strengthening digital policy and regulations, advancing digital platforms and solutions for public services, and upgrading digital skills and literacy.

Work Details
The services required include improving broadband access, strengthening digital policy and regulations, advancing digital platforms and solutions for public services, and upgrading digital skills and literacy in the Pacific Island countries. The amendment also includes responding to questions received from prospective offerors on January 14, 2022, and extending the closing date of proposal submission.
