This solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Written proposals are being requested and may be submitted via email. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H70521R00010, for non-personal, Diagnostic Radiologic InterpretationServices . Use this number on ALL correspondence.

The solicitation documentand incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective 03-10-2021.

The Indian Health Service / Bemidji Area has a requirement to provide non-personal Diagnostic Radiologic Interpretation Service, in accordance with attached instructions to offers and conditions. The resultant contract will be awarded as an IDIQ where individual delivery orders will be issued.
