DIA/ST SKYFALL IDIQ Solicitation Notice

Background
The Defense Intelligence Agency, Science and Technology Directorate, Advanced Technology Intelligence Division is seeking private companies capable of designing, developing, integrating, shipping, installing, testing, and maintaining High Frequency (HF) Over-the-Horizon Radar (OTHR) capabilities in multiple combatant command (CCMD) areas of responsibility. This federal acquisition initiative is known as SKYFALL. A multiple award, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract is anticipated as a result of a full-and-open competition.

Work Details
SKYFALL is comprised of two focus areas: HF OTHR Hardware Services and Support and HF OTHR Software Services and Support. To be considered as a potential supplier, SKYFALL IDIQ awardee, the contractor must demonstrate experience developing, integrating, producing, installing, and testing at least one major hardware or software component of a HF OTHR system that satisfy the minimum technical specifications stated in the SKYFALL Solicitation.
