DIA Agency Acquisition Support (AAS) Market Research

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking acquisition and program management support services through the Agency Acquisition Support (AAS) contract. The purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive non-personal contract support in areas such as acquisition, contract management, program/project/portfolio management, acquisition policy, financial business systems management, and analytic business management. The contract will support both classified and unclassified requirements and will span DIA Organizational and Geographic boundaries. The contract will have a one-year base period with four options and a six-month extension.

The work to be acquired under the AAS contract includes various task areas such as acquisition life cycle and program management support, enterprise contract services support, performance management, portfolio management, program management, quality assurance, acquisition analysis, data analysis, strategic communications/change management, knowledge management, contracting officer representative support, contract close-out support, contract specialist support, cost/price analysis, and requirements management.

The place of performance for the AAS contract will include both CONUS (Continental United States) and potentially OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) locations. The specific work locations will be specified in individual call orders.
