DHS-wide Independent Test Agent Services

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issues this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to small business Contract holders on the General Services Administration's Multiple Award Schedule 541330ENG. This RFQ is expected to result in the issuance of one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide specialized test and evaluation (T&E) support services as the Independent Test Agent (ITA) for the DHS's Major Acquisition Programs consistent with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions in the document included with this notice. Questions related to this solicitation must be received no later than 10:00 AM Eastern five (5) business days from the solicitation release date in the GSA eBuy system. All questions must be sent in writing using RFQ Attachment 4 Question and Comment Form, and no questions asked in person or via telephone will be answered.
