Purchase Agency: U.S. Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Technology Directorate Office of C5I Program Management (CG-68)

Why they're purchasing: The U.S. Coast Guard CG-6 mission is to enhance the value of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I) in the performance of USCG missions by developing and aligning enterprise strategies, policies, and resource decisions with the CG strategic goals, mandates, and customer requirements.

Work to be acquired: The contractor shall provide administrative support including conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, performing clerical functions such as correspondence preparation and scheduling meetings. They will also provide support for program management office division activities such as information system owner support, functional requirements development support, and cybersecurity governance-related processes.

Timeframe of the acquisition: The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.

Place of performance/delivery: Performance shall be required at the USCG Headquarters in Washington, D.C. and USCG C5ISC Alexandria in Alexandria, VA. The USCG may authorize the contractors to perform partial or 100% telework.

Notable information: The contractor will be required to comply with Section 508 requirements for accessibility of information and communications technology (ICT). They will also need to adhere to DHS and USCG Enterprise Architecture policies, standards, and procedures. Additionally, all documentation, photography, and electronic data collected or generated in support of this contract will be considered Government property.
