The scope of work involves providing non-personal services for grounds maintenance at various Army Reserve Centers (ARCs) located in California. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of grounds upkeep, including lawn maintenance, pest management, tree and shrub care, as well as maintaining paved and unpaved areas. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines specific tasks such as spring and fall cleanup activities and adhering to environmental regulations for pesticide use as per an approved list by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Additionally, contractors are required to furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation needed to fulfill these services efficiently.
