DHS TSA - Requirements Management Advisory Group (ReMag) Support - MRAS

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through the General Services Administration (GSA), is conducting market research to support the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Acquisition Program Management (APM) office. The primary mission of TSA is to protect the Nation's transportation systems, ensuring freedom of movement for people and commerce. In line with this mission, the APM office focuses on qualifying and delivering innovative security capabilities and solutions. Within this framework, the Deployment and Sustainment Division (DSD) plays a crucial role in deploying and integrating technology capabilities for checked baggage and checkpoint screening operations across TSA sites and federalized airports.

The work requested involves supporting the Requirements Management Advisory Group (ReMAG), which serves as a central point for managing requests related to checkpoint and checked baggage screening technologies. The ReMAG Team is responsible for processing these requests, validating them with stakeholders, tracking their progress, and archiving all related correspondence. This includes requests for equipment such as security technology, furniture, fixtures, peripherals, as well as federalization or de-federalization of airports. The team works closely with various TSA functional areas to ensure that each request is feasible and valid before obtaining final approval or denial from DSD Deployment Coordinators.

To fulfill these requirements efficiently, the contractor will provide a dedicated team comprising ReMAG Analysts, OASIS+ Journeyman Managers, Junior Logisticians/Logistics Analysts, and an on-site Task Order Project Manager. These personnel will manage request processing across seven regions that encompass all Federalized Airports within both continental USA (CONUS) and outside continental USA (OCONUS). Each deliverable must adhere to specific Contract Data Requirements List items as reviewed by the Contracting Officer Representative.

Moreover, project management is a key component of this task order. The contractor must establish an effective organizational structure to oversee both the contract execution and any subcontracts involved. A clear line of authority should exist within this structure to ensure seamless coordination among all organizational elements involved in achieving project goals. All digital submissions related to this contract are required to be compatible with Microsoft Office suite products, Adobe formats, and Salesforce platforms.
