DHS S&T TSL Trace Standards and Simulant Production

Acquisition of services in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Directorate of Science and Technology (S&T) Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL) for the production and quality control of trace standards, formulations, solutions, substrates and test articles; the production and packaging of in-house and commercial simulants; simulated detonators; and simulant-related test articles. The contractor shall perform production and packaging at TSL in accordance with established safety procedures and using product specifications and processes established and documented at TSL as applicable.
