The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) is seeking support services for their strategic plan and communications, technical services, leasing, and other integrated services. The work will support three divisions within OFAM: Integrated Services (IS), Operational Support Facilities (OSF), and another division not specified in the document. The scope of work includes tasks such as developing communication products, supporting knowledge management, providing strategic and analytic support, facilitating employee engagement activities, managing program operations and facilities, conducting business intelligence analysis, supporting emergency management operations, providing technical services for facility planning, environmental specialist support, electric vehicle supply equipment installations, leasing support, and other integrated services support. The period of performance for this requirement is one base year with four one-year option periods.

The place of performance for most of the work will be in Washington, DC at 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue. All Contractor employees must have CBP clearance and comply with CBP security controls. They will be required to wear identification badges when working in Government facilities. Additionally, a background investigation will be conducted on Contractor personnel.

Overall, this opportunity provides a wide range of support services to OFAM divisions within CBP to enhance their operations and achieve their strategic goals. The work encompasses various areas such as communications, knowledge management, strategic planning, employee engagement, program management, business intelligence analysis, emergency management, technical services, environmental support, electric vehicle installations, leasing support, and more. The Contractor will need to provide qualified personnel to fulfill the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
