Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing religious services that include:
1. Coordinating worship services and religious instruction for various faith groups while ensuring compliance with facility safety and security protocols.
2. Offering pastoral care, including one-on-one support to detainees with sensitivity and approachability.
3. Overseeing the approval of religious meals and advising on matters related to religious property and instructional materials.
4. Ensuring that all activities align with the Performance Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS) 2011 and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). The contractor must also ensure that detainees have access to religious worship items, headwear, texts, and other necessary accommodations in a language or manner they understand.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) months, with four (4) possible one (1) year option periods, starting from September 29, 2025.
