DHS HSPD-12 IDMS Technology Refresh Project

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO), is soliciting for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) compliant Identity Enrollment System (IES) and Credential Management System (CMS) solution for the Identity Management System Technology Refresh Project and the use of contractor subject matter expertise and technical services to perform initial integration and configuration.

Work Details
This is an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contract issued under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 16.5, Indefinite Delivery Contracts for the HSPD-12 Identity Management System (IDMS) Technology Refresh Project in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its Components. The intent of this contract is to acquire products and services for the continued support of the Department’s implementation of the Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12). The following products and services can be ordered under this IDIQ Contract: Technical Refresh Project (HSPD-12 Products and Services). Order types will be specified in each individual Delivery/Task Order placed against this IDIQ Contract. This contract provides for Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), and Time and Materials (T&M) type orders, or any combination thereof. The maximum cumulative value of orders to be placed against this IDIQ Contract may be $65,000,000.00 over the course of ten (10) years. DHS will monitor the overall program ceiling of $65,000,000.00.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract period of performance is ten years.
