DHS CISA EEO Counseling and Investigation Services

The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to procure Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counseling and Investigation Services identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (OEDIA) located within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing and directed via e-mail to the points of contacts identified above. All correspondence shall reference this RFQ. Questions must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM EST, 14 June 2023. The Government may not respond to questions submitted after this date. All questions will be answered electronically. Quotations must be submitted via-email no later than 4:00 PM EST, 21 June 2023.
