Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), is seeking to enhance its cybersecurity initiatives by supporting the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) and the Tribal Cybersecurity Grant Program (TCGP). The General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research on behalf of DHS to identify capabilities that can support these efforts. The overarching goal is to bolster national cybersecurity infrastructure by addressing vulnerabilities in state, local, tribal, and territorial governments.

The work being requested involves providing administrative and programmatic support for CISA's Integrated Operations Division (IOD). This includes ensuring continuous monitoring of cyber grant programs, supporting awardees, and maintaining information continuity across various CISA regions. The contractor will need to assist in coordinating efforts between IOD, CISA headquarters divisions, mission enabling offices, regional offices, as well as other interagency partners. This coordination is critical for achieving a unified approach to enhancing cybersecurity resilience.

Additionally, the contractor will be tasked with building regional capacity and supporting CISA's service delivery model. This includes driving information continuity and awareness about the SLCGP/TCGP programs. By fostering deep integration across various components of CISA's operations, the contractor will play a pivotal role in maturing these grant programs in line with CISA's comprehensive suite of cybersecurity services.
