The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), specifically the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is seeking technical, operational, and professional support services for its Asset and Administrative Management Division (AAMD). The AAMD is responsible for delivering real property, tactical infrastructure, energy and environmental fleet uniforms, personal property inventory, and other asset and administrative management services for over 61,000 CBP employees across the country. The support services required include data/process analysis and assessment, tool development, performance benchmarking, metrics measurement, continuous process improvement, controls oversight, policy development, and financial and operational reporting. The Contractor will work with various offices within AAMD to strengthen operational and financial controls across all stages of the program lifecycle.
