DHA Operations and Maintenance Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) AOR 1 and AOR 2   16

Background
The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire specialized medical facilities Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) at locations throughout the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Alaska. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, intends to solicit and award using full and open competition with a small business reserve. This will be a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) IAW 16.504 under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 – Facility Support Services.

Work Details
The MATOC will consist of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The period of performance is anticipated to be a total of Sixty (60) months, which will consist of a base ordering period for 60 months and no optional ordering periods.
The maximum shared contract capacity is $240 Million for this acquisition. Task orders will be awarded using the fair opportunity procedures IAW 16.505. Individual task orders to be issued under this contract primarily are for services as defined by 37.101 and are subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards type efforts.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed are throughout the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Alaska.
