Vocera Software Upgrade
Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to upgrade the Vocera software system at the Marion VA Medical Center. The Vocera System was initially purchased in 2019 to enhance internal communication among staff. The current software version 5.6 will no longer be supported on the OIT network after 2023, necessitating an upgrade to ensure continued usability and compliance with technical standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary goods and services for the Vocera software upgrade, including:

1. Software License for Vocera Platform (1 unit)
2. Vocera Analytics License (1 unit)
3. Premier Support for Vocera Platform (1 unit)
4. Premier Support for Virtual Appliance (2 units)
5. Professional Services and Extended Warranty for Clinical Solutions Consultant (1 unit)
6. Migration of Vocera Voice, Messaging, and Engage to Platform 6.x on B3000N Badges
7. Upgrade of Vocera Analytics
8. Establishment of existing third-party integrations with the new platform.

The project will be executed in a single-phase approach, ensuring that all workflows are reestablished in the new infrastructure. It includes comprehensive training sessions for up to three participants, as well as go-live support services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed within a specified timeframe following contract award, with all work needing to be completed no later than 30 days after receipt of order.
