36C25023Q1025 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Qgenda Automation Software The Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd Cleveland, OH 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.1061(b)(1)-Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code is 513210 with a small business size standard of $47,000,000. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Government Marketing & Procurement, LLC 13350 Ranch Road 12 Wimberley TX 78676. The Cleveland VAMC is requesting Qgenda Automation software. Qgenda is VA ISO approved cloud-based physician scheduling software with FedRAMP certified cloud storage. The vendor shall produce the software as well as provide onsite training. The web based scheduling platform will include 239 beds throughout the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare system in order to modernize physician scheduling and eliminate manual scheduling. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Wednesday August 16,2023 at 2PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
