TV SERVICE FOR ASPIRE CENTER -Correct to Submission Date   2

This is a re-solicitation of 36C26224Q1417 and 36C26225Q0013 with updated Statement of Work (see attached solicitation).

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide cable television services for the ASPIRE Center located in San Diego, CA. This solicitation is a re-solicitation of previous contracts (36C26224Q1417 and 36C26225Q0013) with an updated Statement of Work (SOW).

The goal of this contract is to ensure that Veterans, residents, visitors, and community partners have access to reliable television services throughout the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide services for seven (7) televisions, including basic channel selections. Responsibilities include:
- Installation, configuration, delivery, and continuous support for cable television service 24/7.
- Provision of all necessary hardware, software, tools, labor, materials, expertise, and supervision.
- Ensure all channels are clear and appropriate for viewing by VA San Diego Healthcare System.
- Provide a manned toll-free telephone number for 24/7 technical support with onsite response within 24 hours for urgent issues.
- Replace failed network equipment within 48 hours of reporting.
- Maintain operation of hardware and infrastructure including patching/security updates.
- Resolve outages within 24 hours from notification.
- Provide reports on network status/outages and resolutions to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Notify the COR at least 30 days in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect service.

Period of Performance
Base period plus four option years.
