Facility Management Network Services- JAX

Background
The G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery VA Medical Center (GVSMVAMC) in Jackson, MS, under the Department of Veterans Affairs, requires Facility Management Network Services to ensure compliance with Joint Commission Standards and OSHA Standards.

2. Supplying licenses for Uplevel gateways, firewalls, VPNs, software support for Fusion and Cisco Meraki switches.
3. Monitoring connectivity bandwidth and uptime; blocking P2P traffic; providing 24/7 help desk support; onsite technical support during business hours; and generating service reports detailing maintenance activities.
4. Addressing emergency repairs with all necessary parts and labor; supplying additional internet service as required for card access systems.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a single year from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that personnel performing work possess the required knowledge and skills for Facility Management Network Service.
