Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS), Sicily requires contractor support to perform administration, management, supervision, systems integration; provide materials, parts, supplies, tools, and equipment; and provide vehicles to operate and maintain (O and M) the Administrative Telephone System (Telephone switches, fiber multiplexes, Main Distribution Frames (MDFs), Batteries, Rectifiers, Inverters, System Manager Detailed Recording System (SMDR), Interactive Virtual Response System (IVRS), etc.), and Outside/Inside cable plant (Copper/Fiber, road pedestal distribution cabinets, and manholes to include the interconnecting fiber cables at Naval Air Station Sigonella I (NAS I), Naval Air Station Sigonella II (NAS II), and Naval Radio Transmitter Facility (NRTF) Niscemi as identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes microwave links, transport to the sites of NRTF Niscemi and Augusta Bay pier, Inside Plant (ISP), Customer Services (telephone up to the jack on the wall and provisioning of the telephone), and Outside Plant (copper and fiber cables inclusive of manhole activities and pedestrian distribution cabinets).
