DFC Content Manager Gap Analysis

Work to be Acquired: The contractor will conduct a gap analysis of the DFC Content Manager Tool, document the current state of operations, identify the ideal future state based on viability and user feedback, perform a comprehensive gap analysis, and create an implementation roadmap. Optional O&M support will involve assisting with system building and representing RIM as the CM expert in meetings and trainings.
Timeframe: Responses are due by 4:00 pm EDT on March 18th, 2022. The specific timeline for deliverables will be agreed upon post-award.
Place of Performance/Delivery: The work will be performed at the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Office of Administration (OA) in Washington, D.C.
