A second site visit will be held due to the Contracting Officer being off "out of office" during scheduling.

Instructions to Vendors

Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the services specified in
the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Quotation
evaluation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5, with the intention to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract to
one vendor for custodial services.

**Quotations be received by email to at the email address above by 3 must Laura B. Price p.m. ET, March 12,
2025. **

Any inquiries/questions shall be addressed in writing and directed to the point of contact listed above by 3 p.m. ET,
February 27, 2025. Questions will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer and will be posted to Sam.gov by 3 p.m. ET February 28, 2025.

**Please forward past performance questionnaires to current contractors as soon as possible to allow time for
completion. **

Site Visit: Site visits was scheduled based upon the availability of the POC.

Background
The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for custodial services as specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with the intention to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract to one vendor. The goal of this contract is to ensure adequate custodial services are provided at the DFAS Limestone facility.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to adequately provide custodial services for DFAS. Specific requirements include:

1. A minimum of one full-time day porter and two full-time custodial workers to handle daily cleaning tasks as outlined in the PWS.

2. A supervisor responsible for overseeing work performance, with authority to act on all contract matters.

3. The supervisor must be available Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1500 EST for communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

4. All contractor employees must not pose any security risks and must comply with access regulations set by DFAS.

5. The contractor must cooperate with other contractors and government employees at the site.
