Dexter Adult Fish Facility Upgrades   3

*Amendment 0005 Released* The purpose of the Amendment is to move the submittal of the Factor 3 - Small Business Commitment Document from Tab - 3 of the Technical Proposal, Volume I to Tab - 8 of the Price Proposal, Volume II. Note that Tab - 6 of the Price Proposal, Volume I is the Attachment titled "Small Business Subcontracting Plan." The proposal due date has NOT been extended.

Amendment 0003 Released. The solicitation close date is extended from 13 Jan 2023 at 1000AM PST to 27 Jan 2023 at 1000AM PST. See Attached "Dexter Fish Facility W9127N23R0005 Amend 0003" for full Summary of Changes.

Important Note: Updates to Specifications and Drawings are not uploaded as individual updated sheets or sections for Amendment 0003. Instead, Attachment Dexter W9127N23R0005 Clean Solicitation Package incorporates all updates and changes to the Specifications and Attachments since intitial solicitation, through 05 Jan 2023, into one document. Also, Drawings that have had updates or changes since initial solicitation release have been uploaded in their entirity and labelled as "Clean Sol Package Drawing XXXXX_AMDT 0003." If no changes have been made to a set of Drawings, an update has NOT been posted as part of Amend 0003, and the intial Attachments should be referenced.

Amendment 0002 documents added in anticipation of Amendment 0002 release. New attachments include the following and are to be incorporated into the solicitation:

• Attachment 8 - Geotechnical Baseline Report updated to add missing boring logs, make editorial changes, and add historical photos.
• Updated Structural Drawings for a re-design of the piles.
• Updated Electrical Drawing to rescale for better clarity on all the electrical conduits in the project

The Dexter Fish Facility Upgrades Project will have major features improved, replaced and added to meet the criteria approved by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and requirements set forth in NMFS's 2008 Biological Opinion on the Corps' Willamette Valley Project.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Period of Performance is anticipated to occur from March 2023 to November 2026.

MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The estimated Magnitude of Construction for this project is betw een $25,000,000 to $100,000,000.

SOCIOECONOMIC: Unrestricted, Full and Open. The HUBZone 10% price evaluation preference w ill be applied as required.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this w ork is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $39,500,000.00.
