Description

The Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA's) Office of Human Resource Management (AHR) is responsible for developing and managing the policies, procedures, and systems that ensure that the Agency recruits, hires, trains, and retains the right people to carry out its mission. The Air Traffic Control Specialist position is one of the FAA's Mission Critical Occupations. The FAA uses the Air Traffic Skills Assessment (ATSA), a pre-employment selection test battery, to identify candidates who have the highest probability of succeeding as air traffic controllers. This contract will support the FAA in the development and validation of a new pre-employment controller selection test to replace ATSA.

Background

This contract will support the FAA in the development and validation of a new pre-employment controller selection test to replace ATSA.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities, equipment, material supplies, and services (except as may be expressly set forth in this contract as furnished by the Government) and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incident to, the performance of the service solutions specified in individually issued task orders. The term of this contract includes a one (1) year base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods for a total period of performance of up to five (5) years. This contract is an IDIQ contract with a maximum cumulative dollar ceiling value of all task orders awarded under this SIR set at $5.0 million over the five (5) year performance period.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this single award IDIQ contract will be one base year with four possible option renewal periods for a total of 60 months if all options are exercised. Task Orders may be issued at any time during the base and/or option periods.

Place of Performance
Services occur at the Contractor’s facilities, with travel to FAA facilities nationwide as necessary.
