Development and Operations and Maintenance Support

The scope of this effort is to provide software engineering support using an Agile Scrum approach in support of operations and maintenance activities (O&M) for the PrePub Book Link application. O&M changes may include global ServiceNow changes as well as application-specific changes. The contractor must have expertise in the ServiceNow Customer Service module and Angular JS framework for web development. In addition, the contractor must have demonstrable experience with ONIX; the MARC 21 standard; Integrated Library Systems (ILS); and International Standard Book Numbers (ISBN). It is expected that the Library will transition its ILS from Voyager to a replacement product during this contractual period. The contractor support of PPBL must be in compliance with the Library's Security Directives in order to maintain the Authorization to Operate. The contractor must take annual training for Library IT Security, which takes approximately 1 hour.
