Description

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) GVSC is the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Center for all Ground Vehicle and Ground Vehicle Systems technology and integration. GVSC also serves as the U.S. Department of Defense responsible agent for all ground fuels and lubricants specifications; water supply and wastewater treatment; tactical military bridging; construction equipment; and material handling equipment.

Join us and network directly with GVSC's Acquisition Management Office (AMO) and the Strategic Plans and Communication Office (G5). This event is your gateway to the people, processes, and contract mechanisms designed to elevate your position in the Ground Vehicle System game.

There will be GVSC briefings on various contracting mechanisms and the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the GVSC AMO and G5 teams.

Online registration period is open until July 24, 2025, at 12:00 pm. NOTE: Registration is limited to the space in the room and is first come first served. Once registration is full, it will be closed.

Background
The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) is the U.S. Army's Research, Development and Engineering Center for all Ground Vehicle and Ground Vehicle Systems technology and integration. GVSC also serves as the U.S. Department of Defense's responsible agent for ground fuels and lubricants specifications, water supply and wastewater treatment, tactical military bridging, construction equipment, and material handling equipment.

The Ground Vehicle Acquisition Summit provides an opportunity for networking with GVSC’s Acquisition Management Office (AMO) and the Strategic Plans and Communication Office (G5), aimed at enhancing collaboration in the Ground Vehicle System sector.

Work Details
The summit will feature briefings on various contracting mechanisms including Broad Agency Announcements (BAA), Commercial Solution Openings (CSO), Detroit Arsenal Innovation – Other Transactional Agreement (DAI-OTA), Defense Technical Innovation Center (DTIC), Technical and Engineer Solutions (TES), among others. These mechanisms are utilized to procure research and development projects, innovative solutions, and technical services aligned with defense-related projects in the ground vehicle sector.

Attendees will have the chance to meet face-to-face with GVSC AMO and G5 teams to discuss contract mechanisms.

Period of Performance
The event is scheduled for July 31, 2025, with registration opening at 8:00 a.m. and presentations running from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
