Detroit Project Office Stone Supply

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit Project Office (DPO) is responsible for maintaining various structures around the Great Lakes. Over time, these structures require substantial maintenance to ensure proper function. This contract aims to supply and deliver stone necessary for one of these structures.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply and deliver stone as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price Supply Contract for stone supply at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit Project Office. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to complete the requirements defined in this PWS.

The specific items to be delivered include:
- Stone for construction and maintenance of structures.
- Delivery must comply with safety regulations outlined in EM 385-1-1 and other applicable safety regulations.
- At least half of each base supply must be delivered before 21 August 2026.

Period of Performance
All task items must be fully completed by 25 September 2026.

Bidder Requirements
This procurement is a total small business set-aside. Bidders must have a current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) in compliance with DFARS.
