Design for Demolition DFSP Verona New York

Background
The Architect-Engineer Services for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) are being solicited to support 100% Design for Demolition at DFSP Verona, NY. The services will result in the development of the remaining 65% Design Package to support the de-construction and demolition of all facilities and infrastructure at DFSP Verona, NY.

Work Details
The contractor is required to prepare a 100% Design for the demolition of all facilities and miscellaneous real property at DFSP Verona, New York. This includes three 80,000-barrel bulk fuel tanks, various buildings, various storage tanks, fill stands, canopies, utility poles and distribution lines, paved areas, fencing, and associated onsite pipelines. The intent is for a full demolition of the site to take place and the property to be restored, cleaned and re-sodded with grass.
The contractor must also address contamination with PFAS/PFOA identified by DLA remediation contract and coordinate with state regulators.

The contract work will be performed at Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Verona, New York.
