Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract, as NOAA has an associated award (1305M421DNAAJ0007-1305M426F0015) with Associated Design Group for support to the NOAA Facilities Engineering Office in developing electrical requirements for a repair and modernization project at the Gulf Marine Service Facility (GMSF) in Pascagoula. While the prior effort is described as electrical requirements development (value $101,768; 02/19/26–01/01/28), it aligns with the current design-build scope that includes electrical upgrades and facility repair/renovation at the same GMSF location, suggesting continuity in technical planning for the broader renovation work.
