Design-Build Renovate Existing aircraft apron and construct a new concrete apron for the Large Aircraft Maintenance Shelters (LAMS) at Larissa Air Base, Greece. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:(a) Responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs) 0001-0015 to include information for Site Visit on Friday, 01 August 2025. (b) Updated Attachment 1, PTS dated 30 July 2025 with changes in red. (c) Ten (10) Attachments with Survey data included. Please contact the NAVFAC Contracting Officer for a DOD SAFE link to download the files if needed. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to: (a)Extend the solicitation due date from 25th August to Tuesday, 2nd September 2025 by 1pm CET. (b) Provide responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs) 016 - 032. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to update Attachment 2, Price Schedule for CLIN0001 description and address required proposal validity period of 90 days. Please see Attachment 2, Price Schedule Rev1. **Please acknowledge all Amendments with your proposal submission**

Background
The contract is issued by NAVFAC EURAFCENT for the renovation of an existing aircraft apron and the construction of a new concrete apron to support the Large Aircraft Maintenance Shelters (LAMS) at Larissa Air Base, Greece.

The mission of this project is to enhance the operational capabilities of the airbase by providing improved maintenance facilities for large aircraft.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Design-Build renovation of the existing aircraft apron.
2. Construction of a new concrete apron specifically for Large Aircraft Maintenance Shelters (LAMS).
3. Compliance with Performance Technical Specifications as outlined in Attachment 1.

The contractor is required to conduct a pre-bid site visit to verify existing conditions and coordinate with relevant representatives from the Hellenic Air Force and NAVFAC.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period, concluding on or before July 15, 2025.
