The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for the Design-Build Fire Rescue Station project in Calarasi, Moldova.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and applicable safety precautions necessary to complete the following tasks:
1. Design and build a new operational and certified Fire and Rescue Station as per the Performance Technical Statement.
2. Option 1 includes additional work such as designing and building a pad-mounted generator, additional pavement, a perimeter fence, sidewalks, and a water tank.
