Background
The solicitation is for a DESIGN-BUILD (DB)/DESIGN-BID-BUILD (DBB), INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) 8(A) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR FACILITIES PRIMARILY IN THE HAMPTON ROADS AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR).
