Background

Work Details
The scope of work includes comprehensive construction tasks such as:
- Foundations: Excavation, backfilling, soil compaction, and various types of concrete foundations including lean concrete and reinforced concrete.
- Superstructure: Construction of floors, roofs, columns, beams, and boundary walls with necessary formwork and reinforcement.
- Exterior Enclosure: Installation of exterior walls, windows, doors, and roofing systems.
- Interior Construction: Building partitions, installing interior doors, and finishing with wall and floor tiles.
- Plumbing: Installation of plumbing fixtures, domestic water distribution systems, sanitary waste systems, and rainwater drainage.
- HVAC: Installation of air conditioning units and exhaust fans.
- Fire Protection: Implementation of fire extinguishing systems.
- Electrical Work: Setting up electrical service distribution, lighting systems, communications systems including fire alarms and telecommunications.
- Site Preparation: Clearing vegetation, demolition work, earthworks including leveling and grading.
- Site Improvement: Creating walkways, signage, landscaping.
- Special Construction: Installation of a solar power system.

Period of Performance
Estimated 10 months (300 days) based on actual progress of similar projects with allowance for coordination with local authorities.
