Description

In accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of Defense, SBA accepted this requirement for sole source direct 8(a) award to an Alaska Native Corporation 8(a) participant as SBA requirement number NS1716931084D. The requirement was not available for competition.
