Design-Build a Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Software Sustainment Center   3

Background
The solicitation is for the design and construction of a Software Sustainment Center at Hill AFB, Utah. The facility will include an 185,000 SF mixed-use Secure Facility with computer labs, auditorium-style conference room, and multiple secured office spaces, as well as a 560-stall multi-storied parking garage. The estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $100M and $250M. The Product Service Code is Y1AZ – Construction of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings.

Work Details
The work includes all civil, paving, architectural, geotechnical, structural, utilities, landscaping, security, mechanical, electrical, demolition, and communications work necessary to support the construction. The Offeror is required to propose a specific project team including key subcontractors for evaluation in response to this Request for Proposals. The offeror must submit 'example projects' that demonstrate the prime contractor's and key subcontractor's experience relevant to the project. Example projects should be substantially completed within the past seven years and demonstrate prior relevant experience on U.S. Corps of Engineers construction projects or Air Force construction projects.
