Background
The solicitation N40085-23-R-2539 is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC ML) for the P-347 Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Perimeter Security Improvements project at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCSTS) Cutler, Maine.

1. An entry control point fence featuring a chain link security fence and a sliding gate.
2. A guard and truck inspection office constructed with metal stud walls, cementitious siding, and an exposed steel canopy structure.
3. A single lane main entry canopy for identification checks made from concrete structural elements and an exposed steel canopy structure, attached to the guard and truck inspection office.
4. Renovation and enlargement of Building #129, the existing one-story security building, to support security personnel functions and house the Pass and Identification office.
5. Construction of a restricted area security fence encompassing the entire peninsula. The project also includes specific brand name or equal purchase descriptions for interior finishes and paint colors as detailed in Attachment 1.

Period of Performance
The work under this contract is required to be completed within 554 days after award.
