Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Multiple Award Construction Contract (Mini-MACC) at Commander Fleet Activities, Sasebo (CFAS), Japan. The Not-To-Exceed (NTE) amount for all the MACC contract awards combined under Solicitation N4008424R6500 is $30,000,000.00; it is not the maximum value of each individual MACC contract. The task order range is between JPY 2,000,000 to JPY 200,000,000. Project is not set-aide for small business. FACSIMILE TRANSMISSION OF OFFERS, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS, OR MODIFICATIONS TO OFFERORS IS NOT AUTHORIZED. Task orders will be solicited and awarded in Japanese Yen. Payment will be made in Japanese Yen. However, the price of task orders will also be expressed in U.S. Dollars for the administrative convenience of the U.S. Government. Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit (Seed project, Provide Backflow Preventer for Outlet at No.3 Berth at the Akasaki POL Depot) will be conducted on 13 December 2023. If you plan to attend the event, please submit Attachment F -ACCESS REQUEST FORM no later than noon on Tuesday, December 5th, 2023. If you do not submit the ACCESS REQUEST FORM, you may not be allowed to participate in the site visit.

Background
The contract is for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Multiple Award Construction Contract (Mini-MACC) at Commander Fleet Activities, Sasebo (CFAS), Japan. Work Details
The proposed scope of work will be specified in each Task Order and may include, but is not limited to, building construction, renovations and repairs, the installation and / or repair of road pavement, fencing, fire suppression systems, HVAC systems, renewable energy source technologies, advanced metering systems; the removal and disposal of lead based paint and asbestos containing material; the installation, repair and optimizing of operations of shore-based equipment; the network integration of building automation and control equipment; and pier maintenance dredging work.

Period of Performance
The contract has a five year ordering period.

The construction projects will be performed at Commander Fleet Activities, Sasebo (CFAS), Japan.
